Stadium Usher

Stadium Ushers help create a positive gameday experience by greeting and assisting fans, verifying tickets, directing guests to seating areas, and monitoring assigned sections to ensure safety and policy compliance. Employees in this role must demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ticket Scanner

Ticket Scanners serve as the first point of contact for fans entering the stadium. Responsibilities include scanning and verifying tickets, welcoming fans, and directing them to appropriate entrances or seating areas while ensuring smooth entry operations. Scanners may be required to assist with distribution of gameday and promotional materials as needed. Must be comfortable interacting with others and providing customer service with an upbeat attitude.

Ticket Seller

Ticket Sellers assist guests with ticket purchases and provide accurate information regarding seating, pricing, and promotions. Responsibilities include processing transactions, balancing sales, and delivering professional customer service in a fast-paced setting. Ticket Sellers must demonstrate strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Kids Zone Attendant

Kids Zone Attendants oversee children’s activity and entertainment areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, enforcing safety rules, assisting families, and maintaining cleanliness of the area. Those in this role must maintain high energy and patience while demonstrating strong guest service skills.

Security Officer

Security Officers are essential for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and players within Meritus Park. Responsibilities include monitoring entrances and assigned areas, enforcing stadium policies, responding to incidents, and communicating with supervisors or law enforcement as needed. Security personnel must always demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations. Applicants with previous experience in security or law enforcement are strongly encouraged to apply.

Retail Associates

Retail associates provide exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for fans. Responsibilities include actively assisting customers with merchandise selection, maintaining a strong working knowledge of all products (including pricing, features, and stock locations), and accurately processing sales and returns. Associates are responsible for keeping the store and stockroom clean, organized, and visually appealing by restocking, folding merchandise, dusting shelves, and maintaining displays. Additional duties include assisting with weekly inventory and cycle counts, executing daily goals set by supervisors, and supporting overall store operations as needed.

Standard Physical Requirements & Work Conditions

Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
Ability to climb stairs frequently
Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind)
Ability to lift 25-50 pounds, depending on position

Food and Beverage:

Concessions Stand Manager

Responsible for overall operation of a concession stand to include knowledge of setting up a stand, determining levels of production, cleanliness and sanitation of the concession stand, quality of customer service, Responsible alcohol Service, inventory, and the knowledge to clean and close the stand at the end of the shift. Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Concessions Cashier

Help set up the concession stand per the concession manager’s instructions. Take food and drink orders from fans using a point of sales terminal, gather the items ordered, and accept payment for the products. Help close and clean the concession stand at the end of the shift per the concession manager’s instructions. Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Concessions Runner

Responsible for working with cashiers and kitchen staff in concession stands to deliver food and beverage orders from stand to guest at all games and other events. Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Bartender

Responsible for taking orders from the fans, using a point of sales terminal, either dispensing or mixing a drink in addition to food sales. Accept payment from fan. Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Suite Attendant

Responsible for food and beverage service to the suites. This will include assuring that all pre-game orders are placed in the suites properly in a timely and accurate manner. A suite attendant must be alert and attentive to the wishes of the fans in the suites and check intermittently to see if they want to order anything else and to see if there are other non-food and beverage issues that you may be able to assistwith for them. At the end of the shift the suite attendant will be responsible for accepting payment from the fans. It is important to remember that you are responsible for customer satisfaction in the suites. Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Suite Runner

Assist suite attendants with stocking of beverages and food pregame. Delivers in seat orders from kitchen to guests during games. Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Picnic Attendant

Responsible for setting up the picnic deck area, cleanliness and sanitation of the picnic deck, customer satisfaction, and the ability to clean and close the picnic area at the end of the shift. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Concessions Line Cook

Prepare hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, French fries, etc. per the instructions of the Stand. Must have experience fry-cooking and grill cooking. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time doing repetitive motions.

Premium Kitchen Line Cook

Prepare and cook all items, as directed by the chef or kitchen manager, using recipes when appropriate. Must have experience with deep-frying, convection oven cooking, cold food prep, basic knife skills, etc. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Kitchen Steward

Follow any requirements as directed by the chef or kitchen manager. This may include, but not limited to, assisting the line cooks in food prep or cooking, cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen, and cleaning all dishes, small wares, and utensils as directed. Also, you will be involved with delivering food to different parts of the stadium when needed. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Warehouse

Duties will include receiving and verifying deliveries from suppliers, then storing them in areas as directed by the warehouse manager. Also, you will put product orders together and deliver them to different areas of the stadium. Perform duties as directed by the warehouse manager that may include cleaning and maintenance throughout the stadium. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
