Mr. Bowen is CEO of Ewing Oil Company, Inc., a distributor of petroleum products, headquartered in Hagerstown, Maryland. He is also President of Liberty Petroleum, LLC, a supplier of petroleum products to the distributor class of trade.
Mr. Bowen was graduated from Villanova University in 1973 with a BA in Finance. He then joined Ewing Oil Company and has held virtually every position in the Company until his election as President in 1989. Mr. Bowen has held positions as Director of the Petroleum Marketers Association of America and both President and Director of the Mid Atlantic Petroleum Distributors Association. He also is a previous Director of the Hagerstown Jaycees and past Chairman, Washington County Economic Development Commission. Mr. Bowen has also served in the following capacities as Director, Mercantile Bankshares Corporation, The Greater Hagerstown Committee, Rotary Club of Hagerstown, The Assembly Club, Fountain Head Country Club, and St. Ann Roman Catholic Church.
Mr. Bowen is 72 years old and resides in Hagerstown with his wife, Virginia.
Don Bowman is an entrepreneur who has resided in Washington County, MD his entire life. He began his business in 1959 with a single truck and grew it into a trucking company – D.M. Bowman, Inc. The success of the trucking business led to the creation of a diversified company which encompasses trailer leasing, real estate, truck sales, logistics, and hospitality. And the success of those businesses funded the Jone L. Bowman Family Foundation, an organization that is primarily dedicated to supporting capital projects in Washington County, MD.
Don is very active in the community. He is a member of the local Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Hagerstown Committee, the Antietam Exchange Club, the Williamsport United Methodist Church, the American Truck Historical Society, as well as various antique car and truck clubs. He is a past member of the board of the Columbia Bank and a past member of Board of Directors of Fulton Financial Bank.
Don remains actively involved in the trucking industry. He has been a member of the American Trucking Association (ATA) since 1978 where he served as ATA State Vice President (1984-1988); Vice President at Large (1989-1992); and as Chairman (1995-1996). He has been a member of the Maryland Motor Truck Association (MMTA) since 1971 where he served as President of the Western Maryland Chapter (1976-1977). Don has been on the state MMTA board since 1974; served as Vice President (1979-1982); and State President (1982-1983). He was honored by MMTA in 1995 as their Person of the Year.
Don resides in Williamsport, MD, with his wife, Mary. He enjoys farming, antique car and truck collecting / restoration, walking, and golf.
Jim Holzapfel is a graduate of North Hagerstown High School, the University of Maryland, and the Securities Industry Institute at The Wharton School.
He has served as president of the Hagerstown/Washington County Chamber of Commerce, chairman of the Hagerstown Commercial Industrial Commission, vice chairman of the Washington County Economic Development Commission, president of the Washington County Public School Foundation, and president of Fountain Head Country Club. Additionally, he has served on the corporate boards of Dynamark Security Centers, Danzer Metals Corporation, and Har-Tru Corporation. He has also served on several community boards including The Maryland Symphony, the University System of Maryland board of regents, The Washington County Historical Society, The Washington County Hospital (Meritus Medical), The Washington County Community Foundation, The Greater Hagerstown Committee, The Salvation Army, the Mason Dixon Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and the Hagerstown Board of Public Works. He currently serves as a trustee and vice president of the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts.
He and his wife, Cindy, live in Hagerstown. They have four adult children and six grandchildren.

Chuck Domino is entering his 42nd year in the Minor League Baseball Industry. Chuck’s career started as an intern for the Oklahoma City 89ers in 1983 and two years later at the age of 25 he was named General Manager of the Pocatello Idaho Gems, a Single A Team in the Pioneer League affiliated with the Oakland As.
Chuck has held Front Office positions as General Manager, President and Vice President of highly regarded award-winning teams in Reading PA, Lehigh Valley PA and Richmond VA as well as the Principal Consultant with other high-profile award-winning teams in Hartford CT, Charlotte NC, and Madison AL. He has also consulted with teams in Omaha NE, Lexington KY, Charleston WV, Bowie MD and with several Atlanta Braves Minor League teams.
Chuck has nine Minor League “Executive of the Year” awards, is a member of the Berks Chapter of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame and The Berks County Junior Achievement Hall of Fame.
Currently Chuck is President of Domino Management and Consulting and is President of Baseballtown Charities which is the Reading Phillies 501c3 Charity.

Mary, a native of Macungie PA, grew up an avid softball player which took her to compete in a Division 2 college program. Nixon’s love of sports prompted her to acquire a degree in Sports Administration at DeSales University. Upon graduation, Mary began her career as Director of Corporate Outings with the Independent Baseball Team Allentown Ambassadors in their inaugural season.
Mary continued her professional career as Regional Training Manager for Jillian’s Entertainment, gaining an enormous amount of experience in creating and implementing strategic plans for successfully opening over 10 large scale, multi-unit entertainment centers up to 100,000 square feet with an average of 10 to 15 managers and 500 hourly employees. For the next 8 years, Mary continued her professional career as a Training Manager in Key West Fl, and then as a Managing Partner and Corporate Beverage Director for Rafferty’s Restaurants for 25 East Coast locations.
Upon returning to Pennsylvania, Mary was able to converge her love of baseball and 10 years of operations experience by joining the Lehigh Valley IronPigs in the inaugural season as Director of Special Events. Within 9 months, Mary took over the Catering operation of the ballpark and simultaneously created and implemented every aspect for the Catering and Special Event programs. Successful events to note are;
2009 – Organizer of the Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp & Bob Dylan SOLD OUT concert for 11,000 fans
2010 – International League All Star Game – Spearheaded all Catered events for League Executives, players and fans over a three-day period
2011 – Best Non-Gameday Event in MiLB– “Night Lights” for Lehigh Valley Health Network

Mary’s success in the development and execution of the special events and catering programs for the Lehigh Valley IronPigs allowed for her expertise to be sought out by other minor league baseball teams. Namely the Richmond Flying Squirrels, Hartford YardGoats and Rocket City TrashPandas.
In 2015 Mary formed her own LLC to continue working with multiple minor league teams in addition to other notable companies.

David grew up in Baltimore a huge Orioles and Colts fan. He went on to the University of Delaware where he played lacrosse and was a Sports Editor for the student newspaper for two years before graduating in 1990 with a BA in English. After college, David worked in Minor League baseball from 1987-1992 for the Myrtle Beach Hurricanes and from 1993-2001 for the Hagerstown Suns, where he served as General Manager for five seasons. David left baseball to work in education, where he most recently served as the Director of Athletics at St. Maria Goretti Catholic High School in Hagerstown from 2010-2023. On April 24, 2023, David was named the first General Manager of the Hagerstown Flying Boxcars. He lives in Hagerstown with his wife Kim and has two children, son Adam and daughter Taylor.

Natalie was born and raised in Latrobe PA, outside of Pittsburgh. While attending Saint Vincent College, she was captain of the women’s golf team and majored in Marketing with a minor in Advertising and PR. She met her husband in college and in 2014 followed him back to his hometown of Hagerstown MD. Natalie spent the next 9 years in the food and beverage industry selling bread products to 45+ countries all over the world, traveling to the largest food shows in the US and growing the international business segment. As an avid sports fan and athlete, working in sports was always a dream. She is pumped to be working with the Hagerstown Flying Boxcars and thrilled to be a small part in the revitalization of the city that she now proudly calls home. In her free time, Natalie enjoys skiing with her husband, spending time with her golden retriever, Rookie, visiting family in Latrobe, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, and trying new places to eat and drink.

Meghan is from Frederick, MD and graduated from Salisbury University in 2017. She interned for the Frederick Keys and then accepted a full-time position as an Account Manager. After the 2019 season she was promoted to Group Sales Manager, but unfortunately due to Covid she took a step away from MiLB. After being a long-term substitute teacher, in 2022 Meghan got back into the sports industry working at the University of Maryland as a Ticket and Group Sales Coordinator. Once the news broke about a new minor league baseball team coming to Hagerstown, Meghan jumped on the opportunity to get back into baseball and is now the Group Sales Manager for the Hagerstown Flying Boxcars.

As Director of Promotions and Merchandise for the Flying Boxcars, Tom will oversee creating an enjoyable experience for all fans and ensuring the team store is stocked with exciting merchandise everyone will be craving.
Tom lives in Waynesboro with his fiancé Tara and their 2 basset hounds, Cassie and Leia as well as their cat named Luna. They are parents to 3 and grandparents to 6. In his free time Tom enjoys kicking back with some Natty Bohs and watching the O’s.

Fynn was born just outside of Frankfurt, Germany, and moved to Frederick Maryland at a young age. He attended The University of Maryland and Mount St. Mary’s University, where he studied Economics and began working in sports as a student and graduate student assistant for the Maryland Terrapins. Outside of collegiate athletics, Fynn has experience as an intern and/or gameday staff member for the Philadelphia Union, Washington Commanders, Baltimore Ravens, and Washington Spirit. In his free time, Fynn likes to spend time with family and friends, watch
soccer and football, and explore new places. As a lifelong sports fan and Marylander, Fynn is excited to help bring baseball back to a city that is so close to home!

After graduating high school from WASHS and FCCTC, I moved to New York to study culinary arts at the Culinary Institute Of America. Following graduation, I worked at a private club in upstate NY where I met my now wife, Marissa. We moved to Waynesboro, PA where we started our family with my son Oliver. With over 10 years experience in private clubs, ski resorts and craft breweries I’m excited to be apart of a fresh new team.
