The Cintas Club is the perfect place to host banquets, wedding receptions, galas, expos, and much more. The 3300 square foot area is situated behind the home plate of the ballpark with a mix of climate-controlled indoor space with a full-service bar and outdoor deck space. The Cintas Club can accommodate up to 250 guests with a variety of seating arrangements and allows you to set the ambiance for your event and transform your ideas into reality.
Group size 50 or under: $500.00 Monday – Friday / $600.00 (Saturday & Sunday
Group size 51 to 99: $650.00 Monday – Friday / $750.00 Saturday & Sunday
Group size 100 to maximum 200: $800.00 Monday – Friday / $900.00 Saturday & Sunday

Rental pricing includes round tables, cocktail tables, black foldable padded chairs, a choice of blue, black, or red linen tablecloths and napkins, and an in-house sound system.
Additional costs: ballpark tours, Stryker appearance, different linen colors upon request, in-house catering (please refer to our Buffet or Catering Menu for food options).

The price above reflects a 2-hour minimum rate. Each additional hour is $50 per hour up to 8 hours total.
Suite 7 is ideal for intimate meetings, breakout sessions, and small gatherings. Accommodating up to 25 guests, the suite features 12 indoor seats, 12 outdoor seats, a 56-inch TV, and space for a food buffet and beverage refrigerator, providing everything you need for a productive and comfortable event!

Our 360-degree Meinelschmidt Bar located in our left field is the perfect place to host your company’s next happy hour event. The Meinelschmidt Bar offers full service offering up your local draft and craft favorites and mixing the perfect cocktail fit for any season. The space accommodates up to 200 guests. Enjoy numerous beers on tap with 4 flat-screen TVs in the area

The Michelob Ultra Power Alley Pub is located in our center field behind our Ticket Terminal and next to the bullpen. This bar offers a wide variety of local draft and craft beers on tap and seasonally flavored slushies. The space accommodates up to 200 guests with numerous picnic tables, high tables, and drink rails with seats for everyone.

Located on the concourse, the Antietam Broadband Flight Deck gives your group a semi-private, shaded, and unique experience at Meritus Park. The Antietam Broadband Flight Deck offers our only draft craft beer location on the concourse. The Flight Deck boasts seated high-top tables as well as standing high-top bistro tables to allow for a social experience for your group.

The synthetic turf field at Meritus Park is perfect for so much more than baseball. Whether you’re planning a yoga class in the outfield, a 5K on the warning track, a company kickball game, or another unique event, our field offers a one-of-a-kind setting for your next gathering!

Rental pricing includes batting practice, outdoor bullpens, dugouts, indoor batting cages, videoboard/scoreboard, PA Announcer, security, seating for fans in the seating bowl, and one concession stand.
Teams are welcome to sell tickets at the gate for fan entry. The team is responsible for collecting payments, not Meritus Park.
Each team is allowed to have no more than 2 personnel in the press box if necessary

Event Enhancers
The rates are based on the type and length of each event. We are happy to discuss pricing on a case-by-case basis.
If you want to meet the newest mascot in town, then book Stryker to make a special appearance at your event! He can take pictures with all your guests and even participate in fun activities while he’s there.
