Frank Boulton is in his first season as owner of the Hagerstown Flying Boxcars. Frank has also owned four other minor league teams, the Long Island Ducks, two affiliated with the New York Yankees and the other with the Kansas City Royals. Frank is also the proud founder of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, now in its 24th season of play.
Driven by a sense of gratitude, hard work, and dedication, Frank has been involved with many local charities. Frank served as Chairman of the Great South Bay YMCA Board of Managers from 1983 to 1992. He was a Great South Bay YMCA board member for 27 years. Frank also chaired the capital campaign that raised $6.2 million dollars to construct the YMCA. In 1992, the Board of Managers named the gymnasium in his honor.
Frank and Karen Boulton purchased the old Regent Theatre and then donated it to the Great South Bay YMCA. The Boulton Center for the Performing Arts, now in its 18th year, and is a point of pride in the downtown Bay Shore community.

He also serves on the board of directors for Long Island YMCA, and the advisory board of Flushing Bank. In 1975 Frank married Karen Sarle and moved into their home in Brightwaters where they reside still to this day and are the proud parents of two adult children, Whitney and Morgan.
Mr. Bowen is CEO of Ewing Oil Company, Inc., a distributor of petroleum products, headquartered in Hagerstown, Maryland. He is also President of Liberty Petroleum, LLC, a supplier of petroleum products to the distributor class of trade.

He also is a previous Director of the Hagerstown Jaycees and past Chairman, Washington County Economic Development Commission. Mr. Bowen has also served in the following capacities as Director, Mercantile Bankshares Corporation, The Greater Hagerstown Committee, Rotary Club of Hagerstown, The Assembly Club, Fountain Head Country Club, and St. Ann Roman Catholic Church.

Don Bowman is an entrepreneur who has resided in Washington County, MD his entire life. He began his business in 1959 with a single truck and grew it into a trucking company – D.M. Bowman, Inc. The success of the trucking business led to the creation of a diversified company which encompasses trailer leasing, real estate, truck sales, logistics, and hospitality. And the success of those businesses funded the Jone L. Bowman Family Foundation, an organization that is primarily dedicated to supporting capital projects in Washington County, MD.
Don is very active in the community. He is a member of the local Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Hagerstown Committee, the Antietam Exchange Club, the Williamsport United Methodist Church, the American Truck Historical Society, as well as various antique car and truck clubs. He is a past member of the board of the Columbia Bank and a past member of Board of Directors of Fulton Financial Bank.
Don remains actively involved in the trucking industry. He has been a member of the American Trucking Association (ATA) since 1978 where he served as ATA State Vice President (1984-1988); Vice President at Large (1989-1992); and as Chairman (1995-1996). He has been a member of the Maryland Motor Truck Association (MMTA) since 1971 where he served as President of the Western Maryland Chapter (1976-1977). Don has been on the state MMTA board since 1974; served as Vice President (1979-1982); and State President (1982-1983). He was honored by MMTA in 1995 as their Person of the Year.

Chuck’s career started as an intern for the Oklahoma City 89ers in 1983 and two years later at the age of 25 he was named General Manager of the Pocatello Idaho Gems, a Single A Team in the Pioneer League affiliated with the Oakland As.
Chuck has held Front Office positions as General Manager, President and Vice President of highly regarded award-winning teams in Reading PA, Lehigh Valley PA and Richmond VA as well as the Principal Consultant with other high-profile award-winning teams in Hartford CT, Charlotte NC, and Madison AL. He has also consulted with teams in Omaha NE, Lexington KY, Charleston WV, Bowie MD and with several Atlanta Braves Minor League teams.

After college, David worked in Minor League baseball from 1987-1992 for the Myrtle Beach Hurricanes and from 1993-2001 for the Hagerstown Suns, where he served as General Manager for five seasons. David left baseball to work in education, where he most recently served as the Director of Athletics at St. Maria Goretti Catholic High School in Hagerstown from 2010-2023. Meghan is from Frederick, MD and graduated from Salisbury University in 2017. She interned for the Frederick Keys and then accepted a full-time position as an Account Manager. After the 2019 season she was promoted to Group Sales Manager, but unfortunately due to Covid she took a step away from MiLB. After being a long-term substitute teacher, in 2022 Meghan got back into the sports industry working at the University of Maryland as a Ticket and Group Sales Coordinator. Once the news broke about a new minor league baseball team coming to Hagerstown, Meghan jumped on the opportunity to get back into baseball and is now the Group Sales Manager for the Hagerstown Flying Boxcars.

She interned for a few baseball organizations including Keystone Field House in Carlisle PA and Atlantic Coast Sports in Pittsburgh PA. An experience highlight of Kendall’s is in 2024 she had the opportunity to work the Super Bowl LVIII hosted in Las Vegas, NV. After graduation Kendall took the role as a Merchandise intern with the Hagerstown Flying Boxcars from May to June, then started full-time with the Boxcars in July as a Group Sales Representative.

While attending Saint Vincent College, she was captain of the women’s golf team and majored in Marketing with a minor in Advertising and PR. She met her husband in college and in 2014 followed him back to his hometown of Hagerstown MD. Natalie spent the next 9 years in the food and beverage industry selling bread products to 45+ countries all over the world, traveling to the largest food shows in the US and growing the international business segment. As an avid sports fan and athlete, working in sports was always a dream. She is pumped to be working with the Hagerstown Flying Boxcars and thrilled to be a small part in the revitalization of the city that she now proudly calls home. In her free time, Natalie enjoys skiing with her husband, spending time with her golden retriever, Rookie, visiting family in Latrobe, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, and trying new places to eat and drink.
From Rochester, NY and is a WVU alum where he studied Sport Management. Has held internships with the Buffalo Bisons and West Virginia Black Bears in Ticketing and with WVU Athletics in the Marketing Department during college. Loves going on road trips in his free time as well as rooting for the Buffalo Bills, Los Angeles Dodgers and WVU Mountaineers. Incredibly excited to get in on the ground floor as a part of the team bringing baseball back to Hagerstown.
After graduating from Waynesboro Area High School, Tom started his own mobile disc jockey service. He has performed at 1000’s of events, from Weddings to Private parties all over the country. He still performs today, making him one of the longest-tenured DJs on the East Coast. Tom comes to the Flying Boxcars after spending 8 years with the Hagerstown Suns. Starting as a host family he then became in-game host, “Johnny Castle”. Later in his tenure with the Suns Tom became the Promotions and Community Relations manager and handled aspects of graphic design duties.
As Director of Promotions and Merchandise for the Flying Boxcars, Tom will oversee creating an enjoyable experience for all fans and ensuring the team store is stocked with exciting merchandise everyone will be craving.
Tom lives in Waynesboro with his fiancé Tara and their 2 basset hounds, Cassie and Leia as well as their cat named Luna. They are parents to 3 and grandparents to 6. In his free time Tom enjoys kicking back with some Natty Bohs and watching the O’s.

has experience as an intern and/or gameday staff member for the Philadelphia Union, Washington Commanders,

I have a media background where I used to work as a reporter before I ventured into sports sales. I had the privilege of working with NASCAR in Daytona for 1 year with the greatest team but decided that I wanted to return to Hagerstown and help revitalize downtown with this franchise. I couldn’t pass up the offer to come home and give back to my home community. I also am the voice at Hagerstown Community College where I announce multiple sports. I really enjoy interacting with student athletes and hearing their stories. All in all, I love sports and love being at the center of it which is why I am so excited for the Flying Boxcars season to get underway.

emphasis on events. Previously, she held internships with the former Souris Valley Sabre Dogs and the West Virginia
Black Bears during college. In her free time, she loves taking little day trips to new places in the tri-state area.

A 25-year veteran of the hospitality industry, I have spent almost 50% of my time working as a Chef and 50% as an operator. Following a successful tenure with Kimpton Hotels and Invited/ClubCorp Golf and Country Clubs, I am excited to bring my experience to Hagerstown and help to create an outstanding stadium experience. I live in Brunswick, MD with my wife Erin and my two children, Addison and Jackson.
P.T. Schlosser is the new Director of Stadium Operations for the Hagerstown Flying Boxcars and is thrilled to be with the new team. He received a MBA and a M.S. in Sport Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Exercise Science from West Chester University of PA.
Most recently, P.T. was with the University of Colorado as a Building Operations Coordinator and has prior operations experience from working with the Pittsburgh Riverhounds Soccer Club and West Chester University of PA.
In his free time, P.T. enjoys watching the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, and Sixers.

Meghan is from Frederick, MD and graduated from Salisbury University in 2017. She interned for the Frederick Keys and then accepted a full-time position as an Account Manager. After the 2019 season she was promoted to Group Sales Manager, but unfortunately due to Covid she took a step away from MiLB. After being a long-term substitute teacher, in 2022 Meghan got back into the sports industry working at the University of Maryland as a Ticket and Group Sales Coordinator. Once the news broke about a new minor league baseball team coming to Hagerstown, Meghan jumped on the opportunity to get back into baseball and is now the Group Sales Manager for the Hagerstown Flying Boxcars.

I have a media background where I used to work as a reporter before I ventured into sports sales. I had the privilege of working with NASCAR in Daytona for 1 year with the greatest team but decided that I wanted to return to Hagerstown and help revitalize downtown with this franchise. I couldn’t pass up the offer to come home and give back to my home community. I also am the voice at Hagerstown Community College where I announce multiple sports. I really enjoy interacting with student athletes and hearing their stories. All in all, I love sports and love being at the center of it which is why I am so excited for the Flying Boxcars season to get underway.
From Rochester, NY and is a WVU alum where he studied Sport Management. Has held internships with the Buffalo Bisons and West Virginia Black Bears in Ticketing and with WVU Athletics in the Marketing Department during college. Loves going on road trips in his free time as well as rooting for the Buffalo Bills, Los Angeles Dodgers and WVU Mountaineers. Incredibly excited to get in on the ground floor as a part of the team bringing baseball back to Hagerstown.
