Hagerstown Flying Boxcars Announce 2027 Season Schedule

HAGERSTOWN, MD (August 31, 2026) – The Hagerstown Flying Boxcars and the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball have announced Hagerstown’s 2027 season schedule. 

The Flying Boxcars will open their fourth season at Meritus Park on Tuesday, April 20th against the Blue Crabs. It will be the first installment of the 2027 Black Eyed Brawl, which will come to a close on July 4th.

Hagerstown’s schedule includes nine week-long homestands at Meritus Park, along with two midweek series and one weekend series. 

Schedule highlights include eleven weekends in Hagerstown, as well as ten Thirsty Thursdays at Meritus Park. 

The Flying Boxcars will play Tuesdays through Sundays and will be at home for Father’s Day weekend, the Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekend. 

While the Flying Boxcars are not in season, Meritus Park is host to many community events, including the upcoming Boxtoberfest (10/17) and Stryker’s Spooktacular.
